The low temperature is generally at room temperature plus about 10~50 ℃, and the high temperature is at nominal temperatures such as 200, 300, 400 ℃

Generally, the limit capacity of unipolar refrigeration is -45 ℃, and the general index is set at -40 ℃; Theoretically, the limit capacity of cascade refrigeration can reach -82 ℃, but considering that the refrigerating capacity below -70 ℃ is too small, the general index is set at -70 ℃. 3) temperature uniformity: the old standard is called uniformity, and the new standard is called gradient. 4) temperature deviation: the difference between the average temperature in the center of the workspace and the average temperature at other points in the workspace at any time interval after the temperature is stable.
